We gladly accept returns and issue refunds for both defective items and buyer’s remorse, as long as the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
• Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized name prints or custom scripture verses) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• For holiday or gift orders, we offer an extended return period of 21 days, provided the item remains in its original condition.
To initiate a return or refund:
